Return Period:

- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the date the product was received.

Conditions for Return:

1. The item must be in brand-new, unused condition.

2. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

3. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

4. Products must be free from any signs of installation, modification, or damage.

Return Procedure:

2. In your email, provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Our sales team will respond promptly, guide you through the return process, and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit.

6. Ship the item to the address provided by our sales team.

Refund Process:

- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

- Please allow up to 14 for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

- Returns that do not meet the specified conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.

Exchanges:

- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
